I offer Group and Individual Meditation and Mindfulness Classes.  I teach to the beginner mind and help to uncover the myths and misunderstandings surrounding meditation. You will leave this class with the tools and mindset useful in starting your own Meditation/Mindfulness Practice.

Private Children's Class - $75/hr.  (An adult is encouraged to attend at no additional cost)

Group Children's Class - $45/child/hr. - minimum 3 children  (An adult is encouraged to attend at no additional cost)

Private Duo Class - $115/hr. 

Group Adult Class - $45/pp/hr. - Minimum of 3 people per group.
