Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. Ideally, a meditative brainwave state is created which allows access to deeper levels healing. In this Reiki Sound Bath, you choose the chakra of focus and the sound for that specific energy point is played while Reiki is performed at that particular energy center. It's a wonderfully relaxing experience providing an opportunity for profound healing. 

I also offer Long Distance Reiki, Animal Reiki and Reiki Shares.

Long Distance Reiki can be done in place of a formal Reiki session.  We schedule a 30 minute window when you know you are able to quietly relax and receive this healing energy.  $40

Animal Reiki is a wonderful opportunity for your pet, especially if they are undergoing medical treatment or suffer from anxiety.  I travel to your pet's location.  Due to health regulations, animals are not allowed in the office.

Reiki Shares - I hold Reiki shares in my office once a month for any interested Reiki Practitioners.  A Reiki share is an opportunity for Reiki Practitioners and Masters of all levels get together and share their energy with each other.  It is an amazing experience.  Feel free to contact me for more information.

I offer Group and Individual Meditation and Mindfulness Classes.  I teach to the beginner mind and help to uncover the myths and misunderstandings surrounding meditation. You will leave this class with the tools and mindset useful in starting your own Meditation/Mindfulness Practice.
